Terms and Conditions:

Conference Pass registration grants access to the Women in HR Technology Summit, and all HR Tech conference sessions, activities, and Expo. Expo Pass registration provides access exclusively to the Expo Hall.

Please note that our team routinely checks registration categories and may update your registration type if necessary. If we determine that a change in your registration type results in a difference in cost, we will contact you to review the changes and arrange payment for the difference.

Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing by August 18, 2025 will be refunded, less a 25% administrative fee based on the registration cost. Cancellations received after deadlines will not be refunded.

HR Tech reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations. In case of conference cancellation, HR Tech's liability is limited to the refund of the conference or expo registration fee only. HR Tech reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
