Javits Convention Center, attendees have the opportunity to explore an inspiring array of photography, design and imaging products and services - everything from image capture and color management to retouching and storage - all from the industry's leading manufacturers.
The show also offers over 100 photography and design seminars and hands-on workshops taught by world-renowned experts with a focus on cutting-edge innovations in digital imaging products and techniques.

*No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the show Floor without an adult.
Note: students attend this event, so they are allowed, as long as an adult is with them at all times.  Absolutely NO strollers or wheeled carts on the show floor at any time.  Only exceptions are for ADA – they must contact Show Management, Angela Talbot, to make arrangements ahead of time 703-488-2766 or angela.talbot@nielsen.com.

What is the cost?
EXPO ONLY – On or Before October 3, 2008 - $10.00
(register online at http://www.xpressreg.net/register/phot108/hallonly/promostart.asp before October 3rd and your Expo Hall is Free!)
EXPO ONLY –After October 3, 2008 - $49.00

GOLD EXPO PASS- On or before October 3, 2008 - $59.00
After October 3, 2008 -$79.00

What are the Exhibit Hall hours?
October 23, 2008 – 9:00am* to 5:00pm
October 24, 2008- 9:00am* to 5:00pm
October 25, 2008 -10:00am to 4:00pm
* Note- the Expo Hall will only open to Gold Expo pass & Seminar badge holders at 9:00am for a special preview of exhibits. The Hall will open at 10:00am for additional expo registrants.

How will I know I am registered?
Once you register an immediate email confirmation will be sent to your email address or fax number provided.
Please note: Please allow up to 5 business days for fax or mail registrations.

When will I receive my badge?
Badges will begin mailing 3 weeks prior to the event to those who register before September 19th (exhibitors) or September 26th (attendees).
Attendees/Exhibitors who register after the deadline may pick up their badges onsite at the Registration area.

If you should lose your badge prior to the show, or forget to bring it with you, there is no charge to replace it. Just go to any Registration Desk with a copy of your business card and you will be issued a duplicate.


What is the cancellation process?

All cancellations must be received in writing – either by email to photoplus@cdsreg.com or by fax to 508-759-4552 – by October 3, 2008.  All cancellations of seminars and Gold Expo Passes will be subject to a $50 processing fee.  No refunds will be issued after October 3, 2008.  All refunds processed prior to October 3, 2008 will be issued approximately two weeks after PDN PhotoPlus International 2008.  After October 3, 2008, substitutions will be allowed in the event the registrant is unable to attend, but no refunds will be issued.
