  • All cancellations must be made in writing and be mailed to the AIST office. Cancellations received prior to April 13, 2009 will receive a full registration refund minus a $25.00 handling fee.
  • Cancellations received after April 13, 2009 will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee.
